Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump

The Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump provides process vacuum in industries including chemical, electrical power, environmental, food & beverage processing and packaging, marine, mining, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper, and textiles. Rotating positive displacement machines (RPDMs) are one type of such equipment. This can be employed as a gas compressor in addition to its usual application as a vacuum pump. In a Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump, a spinning ring of liquid is stirred to create the compression-chamber seal, whereas, in a rotary vane pump, the vanes are an integral part of the rotor.
